Make an equation using the same number 3 times to equal 60, but you cannot use 20.

There are a few possible solutions the easiest is to simply change a sign

60 + 60 - 60 = 60

or

60 x 60 / 60 = 60

or Really crazy  

√400 + √400 + √400 = 60

but √400 is 20 so it feels kinda like a cheat
